This provided a nice side dish with the pork chops and would provide a nice side dish to almost any meal really.
While this recipe here was fairly specific in how it was made, in all reality you can make asparagus this way with any spices.
All you need to do is roast it – a little oil of choice and an oven at 400-425 degrees – and then add your spices.
It is a fairly quick and easy way to produce, in my mind, a more unique side dish. We don’t eat asparagus that often, for no specific reason, so occasionally it is nice to have something a little different.
