I feel like I’ve been on an Asian food kick lately, or at least from the standpoint of finding and printing recipes. This is the first one I’ve made.
I must say I was pretty impressed with myself in making this. It turned out well, tasted good and even photographed nicely. 🙂
The downside was that it was a touch on the spicy side (fine for me, not always for others), the house (kitchen) smelled of curry the rest of the night and it didn’t not taste as good later reheated.
The only change I made was to used pre-cooked shrimp. I just thawed them and cut the tails off.
