These turned out better than expected. Granted there is bacon involved so it should be good no matter what but I was a little concerned about how it would taste with the fresh sage leaves. The package of sage I bought had some pretty big leaves so I cut the leaves down to about the size of the apricot rather than leaving them stick out either side like the picture on the original recipe showed. I cooked it a little bit longer than the recipe stated and left them in the oven after putting the maple syrup on.

24 sage fresh sage leaves (or pieces of sage leaves)
24 dried apricots
8 slices of bacon, cut into thirds
Pure maple syrup
Place a sage leaf on each apricot and wrap with 1/3 slice bacon. Place seam side down in a pan and bake for about 6-8 minutes (I did 10) on each side in a 375 degree oven. Brush with maple syrup when finished.
